摘要: 热环境下,官兵进行军事训练和非战争军事行动的过程中易患严重威胁自身身体健康和生命安全的热射病。 热射病大鼠模型对研究此病的发病机制、预防措施、治疗方法等具有重要意义。目前关于热射病大鼠模型制作的 研究比较多,涉及品种与性别的选择、成模标准、关键评估指标、模型制作方法等多个方面。本文从上述几个方面 进行综述,以期为相关人员制作热射病大鼠模型提供参考。

Abstract: In hot environments, officers and soldiers undertaking military training and operations other than war (MOOTW) are at high risk of heat stroke (HS), a severe heat-related disorder that poses grave threats to their physical health and life safety.The rat HS model is of great significance for studying the pathogenesis, preventive measures, and treatment methods of this disease. At present, there are many studies on making rat HS models, involving various aspects such as the selection of rat species and sex, modeling standards, key evaluation indicators, and modeling methods. In this paper, the above aspects are reviewed, in order to provide a reference for relevant personnel to make rat HS models.
